A government / industry livestock identification and tracing solution that has the confidence of all users, improves compliance, and provides value for money.

Programme Office

The Programme Office are responsible for collecting the central picture of what is going on and producing reports, drawing from input from all workstreams and projects.

This will include:-

  • the management of the programme risks and issues.
  • controlling the programme spend and accounting for it to the Programme Board
  • providing secretarial support to the key governance groups and boards
  • maintaining a library of outputs and decisions taken by governance groups and boards..

Communications

The Communications Workstream element comprises of two strands:

Internal
ensuring that all parties to the programme are able to communicate effectively, stakeholder management and engagement is undertaken, production of briefing material on the work of the Partnership.
External
production of the Livestock Partnership Newsletter, production and maintenance of the LP’s web pages, publishing outputs from key meetings, publishing updates on progress, handling queries from stakeholders, media and interested parties.
