Livestock Partnership Programme Board
Purpose
The Livestock Partnership Programme Board’s main role is managing the programme and ensuring design, delivery and transformation is professionally managed within the agreed terms of the programme.
The Board’s role is:
- Agreeing the overall approach being taken by the programme
- Determining overall funding requirements on the basis of evidence and costings provided by the programme team
- Considering requests for funding from the Programme, Design Assurance Group and Working Groups
- Validating the Design Assurance Group’s recommendations against the Critical Success Factors
- Ensuring design and delivery are professionally managed
- Providing visible leadership and commitment to the programme
- Confirming successful delivery and sign-off at the closure of the programme
- Ensuring the ‘health’ of the programme and that everything is in place to deliver a successful programme by creating an environment in which the programme can thrive.
How often do they meet
The aim is for the Board to meet 6 weekly.
