The Egg Quality Guide (1.3 MB) gives more information on our work. We are also responsible for on-farm aspects of the Poultry meat Marketing Regulations.Explanatory leaflets on various stages of egg production are available, including hatchery and Special Marketing Term information.
You should read these leaflets before completing any of the EMR (Egg Marketing Regulations) forms available from Animal Health.
