Our Performance

We are committed to providing excellent customer service and report our performance against service standards on a monthly basis.  We regularly exceed our targets but recognise that our customers may have different ways of measuring our success.  For this reason we carry  out yearly customer satisfaction surveys, and publish details of the action taken following any complaints received about our service.

WLRS is committed to providing an excellent, highly professional and cost effective service to its customers. We strive to provide a timely delivery of our service by avoiding unnecessary use of our time and preventing waste by eliminating errors and increasing efficiency. We are dedicated to satisfying the expectations of our users by listening and acting on customer needs. We aim to continuously improve our service and seek feedback on our performance.
