Animal Health Customer Service Standards

A publication detailing the standards of service customers can expect when dealing with Animal Health has been produced by our successor organisation, the State Veterinary Service and continues to be used.

The Customer Service Standards (PDF) also sets out a series of benchmarks for handling complaints from  our customers and stakeholders. Among the key standards are:

  • Direct calls to Animal Health should be answered within five rings;
  • Response to calls made within one day;
  • Correspondence answered within 15 days ;
  • Invoices paid in 30 working days.

There are also two smaller laminated concertina leaflets; one setting out the individual Customer Service Standards (PDF) and the other one detailing the complaints procedure (PDF).

Feedback and suggestions on these standards should be directed to the Animal Health Corporate Office

Requests for copies of the publications can also be directed to the Animal Health Corporate Office , or via your local Animal Health Divisional Office.
