Bovine Semen Regulations 2007

From 22 May 2007 the trade of bovine semen in England is governed by the Bovine Semen (England) Regulations 2007. These regulations bring English legislation for the trade of bovine semen in line with the current EC Directive 88/407/EEC, and revise the regulations governing domestic trade.

This legislation will not be in force in Scotland and Wales, where local legislation is still in place.
