Publication of commission decision 2008/156/EC - List of third countries from which fishery products may be imported.

This letter is addressed to Border Inspection Posts in England only.

I am writing to let you know that Commission Decision 2008/156/EC, which amends  Decision 2006/766/EC was published on 18 February 2008 and applies from 1 March 2008.

The Annex in the new Decision replaces Annexes I and II of Decision 2006/766/EC and updates the list of third countries from which fishery products, bivalve molluscs, echinoderms, tunicates and marine gastropods may be permitted.
