Results of testing - special conditions imposed on fishery products imported from Indonesia for human consumption – commission decision 2006/236 implemented by declaration under Reg 59

As you know Commission Decision 2006/236/EC requires Member States to test consignments of fishery products from Indonesia for heavy metals and certain specific species for histamine to ensure compliance with EU s

tandards. This Decision was implemented by means of a Declaration issued under Regulation 59 of the POAO (TCI) (England) (No 4) Regulations 2004.
 We would be very grateful if you would please send us by Email details of all the testing you have carried out from 1 October 2007 to 31 December 2007.

Please use the title “Indonesian Results” in the subject box and send these results by close of play 29 January 2008 to our dedicated Helpline Email address, which is  imported.food@foodstandards.gsi.gov.uk.
