Products of animal origin (POAO)
Application form
(40 KB) for an authorisation or specific licence for POAO imported for
research and/or evaluation and for composite products for human consumption,
which contain a percentage of POAO subject to national controls, not covered
by a general licence.
Rhino and tapir
Application
form
(40 KB) for a specific licence to import rhino and tapir into England
from countries outside the EU. This application form should only be used
for the import of rhino and tapir, or as directed. Licences are individually
tailored to the animal health requirements of each species.
Pet birds
Application
form
(41 KB) for imports of family pet birds from EU Member States and approved
non-EU countries.
Entertainers' birds
Application form
