International trade: Customer Information Notes - APE/08/64

Export of meat, meat products or meat preparations (excluding poultry, cattle, sheep, goats & deer) to the Cayman Islands.
1. Revised export certification is now available for the export of meat, meat products or meat preparations (excluding poultry, cattle, sheep, goats and deer) to the Cayman Islands (3708EHC).
2. Exporters should be aware that this certificate has been amended following the lifting of the trade ban on FMD susceptible meat and meat products by the Cayman Islands.
3. Should exporters require a specimen copy of the export health certificate and the notes for guidance or other associated documents, they should contact their local Animal Health Office.
