Avian influenza (bird flu): H5N1 Avian Influenza in poultry, Upper Holton, Suffolk
On 3 February 2007, highly pathogenic H5N1 avian influenza was confirmed on a poultry farm in Holton, Suffolk. A 3 km Protection Zone and 10 km Surveillance Zone were imposed along with a wider Restricted Zone. The restrictions around the farm were lifted on 12 March 2007.
