Disinfectant Information
Administration of the mechanism for approving veterinary disinfectants has transferred to the Veterinary Laboratories Agency (VLA). The VLA is an Executive Agency of the Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs (Defra).
If you wish to have your veterinary product approved or have queries relating to the approval mechanism, information is available on the VLA website.
The list of approved disinfectants is also maintained by the VLA and may be accessed using the links below:
