Results of animal inspections

- Number of inspections achieving stated compliance levels as a percentage of all inspections
A measure of compliance through the whole production chain, including farm, transportation, market and slaughterhouse. This will contain results of inspections carried out by the State Veterinary Service (SVS) and Local Authority inspectors.
