There are 256 UK farms reporting SBV: 36 in cattle and 220 in sheep. There are no new reported cases since the 4 May 2012. All farms are within the recognised risk counties in England.

Ending of requirement to trace test cattle on Approved Finishing Units in England

Cattle on active Approved Finishing Units (AFUs) in England, which have been traced from a holding on which there has been a new TB breakdown, will no longer require any testing for tracing purposes, unless a Veterinary Risk Assessment deems such testing necessary.
